One of the most prominent restaurant in the Riverside area of California is this restaurant called Law's Lunch and Dinner. It's an American Steakhouse that caters to people who enjoy food, fun and entertainment. Prior to the pandemic, this place held big crowds every night when they have karaoke fun for those who have a passion for performing. Other nights, they have live entertainment that brings in a bigger crowd who enjoys live music. But aside from their lively ambience, people do come to this restaurant for their tasty food. On May 24, 2020, we braved going out to this restaurant for lunch. Despite the outbreak of the pandemic, we noticed that this restaurant practiced social distancing and provided a safe environment for outdoor dining. As you can see on the photos below, the tables are more than 6 feet apart from each other. Their servers were all geared up for safety and approached every customer at a safe distance. Due to the pandemic, this restaurant only offered a limited selection from their menu. We ordered their turkey sandwich called the Riverside Classic and an order of their chicken wings. I would say that the food was just okay and not too spectacular in taste and flavor. Their service wasn't all great either. We were seated in a table that was sticky and had not been cleaned so we decided to move to another table that was less dirty. It took a while too to get the attention of the servers. There could be other restaurants in the area that might serve the same things but probably taste a lot better. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Here we go with another Pandemic Post. At this point we are STILL not able to eat inside any restaurants.
Well this day we really wanted some tacos. One of the sites we used to try find some good tacos was Yelp. Graciana's actually had some good ratings so we decided to give it a try. So upon arriving at the place, we went into the restaurant to order our food. It looks like it could be a fun place to dine. Typical Mexican Restaurant decor, with lots of space. We both ordered the tacos to go. As you can see from the image above, it came with rice and beans. As soon as we got our order, we literally sat in the car an immediately opened the container to eat. How the heck does a taco get soggy that fast??? It literally fell apart in my hands. It was tasty enough but not all the hype some Yelpers gave it. The rice and beans were okay but not great. I do not think we will ever come back to this location again. Maybe they have other items on the menu that would have been better to order, but darn it we wanted tacos! |
