Carnival Panorama

We have cruised the Mexican Riviera in the past. The Panorama is one of Carnival's larger ships. This cruise was during the Holidays. That said the cruise was at capacity. Total capacity. 
Unfortunately, this cruise came with so many issues. One very important part of our cruise experience is the onboard dining. The main dining room was simply below par. It was so not what is used to be. The flavor and selections were not what we had come to expect from Carnival. We would even say the buffet was on par with the main dining room, not a good comparison.
Most good meals were consumed in the specialty restaurants. Bonsai was amazing. It has always been a dining venue that does not disappoint. The Blue Iguana and Guys Burgers are always go to dining spots. Never disappointed.
